Inspiration Friday Link-up

happy friday lovebugs!
did y'all have a good week?
I'm excited because I took Monday off so I get a three day weekend!!
Saturday I'm heading to DC to visit with a few of my best friends and then of course Sunday, I'll be cheering on my man and his team.

I wanna see lots of this -
sack his a$$!
C'mon Giants!!
I plan on making some healthy alternatives to the typical football food I oh so love to consume....which leads me into my favorite link up of the week :)

I've been talking to several of y'all during the week and I'm so excited to see that you're being inspired to work towards your goals. So grab a button and tell us what you've done this week!

Last week I shared with you three goals that I was working towards.
Reading more - I read 11 chapters of The Hunger Games on Sunday.
Making healthier choices - I had every intention of staying on track this week, but the more I think about eating healthy 24/7, it's all I can do not to go grab a burger. Oh wait, I did that! But no, I've been making smoothies every morning, eating an apple a day, and overall making better choices. Buuuut I did cheat a little and perhaps had some fro-yo after the gym on Tuesday :/
so what if it looks like a 5 year old made this.

Get in great shape - I was more consistent this week in the gym and went 3 days so far....and I plan on going tonight. I can already start to feel muscle in my arms and legs and I love that!! Up until today I've run 8.5 miles this week....it's not much but it's better than what I did last week. My struggle is being consistent so if I can get back into a routine of going, I'll be back in shape in no time.

Some other goals that I've been working towards this week are -
I was able to save a hefty amount of money this week due to an unexpected check I received in the mail.
Success!

I haven't done this yet but I'm making plans to participate in the Color Run in March.
All that's left is booking a flight and hotel....which I'm doing next week :)

I'm working on this....I've been planning lots of trips this year to places that I've been wanting to go for a while. I've also been making lots of new friends and I think every one of my trips includes at least one blogger. So stinkin' excited!!

Ok, you're turn!

Have a great weekend!!
{and go giants.....again!!} ;)
xoxo.

My froyo used to look just like yours, but I promise strawberries, almonds, & little coconut makes one tasty treat! :)

I need to work on making healthier choices too. I hate how McDonalds, Taco Bell, etc is so easily accessible!! Good luck!

That football picture is frightening but depending on who the player is, I might not mind being tackled by him! Hey-o!
