hey gals.
i have a very exciting announcement to make!

last week i mentioned that i would be hosting my very first link up. 

i'm excited to say that the first one will be this friday!!
i know what you're thinking.
'crap, i already do a link up on fridays.'

well who says you can't do both?!

my thought behind this link up was to give all of us an opportunity to share what goals we've met or what we've done to get closer to reaching them. It doesn't have to be all about fitness. It can be whatever you decided to change this year :) 

i don't know about y'all, but it keeps me on track when i can share how good i've been :)

that's right. i joined the gym last night.
don't hate and group me with those people who start working out just because it's a new year.
no no. i was working out all fall and then, {hopefully} like most people, i slacked for the holidays...and then some. but i'm back on track and ready to shed those pounds.

I am totally loving Ulta right now. I don't know if you have one of these where y'all live but you need to check them out. They are always having some sort of sale or deal. Last week I went in looking for some new hair products. I ended up getting several items from Big Sexy Hair. Lucky for me, it was buy 2 get one free. Whoop whoop. Girlfriend always loves a good deal. Here's what I got:

Big Sexy Spray and Play Hairspray

I love this stuff. It's the only hairspray that I've used that actually stays in place. Aaaand, big plus, I went a day without washing my hair and it still looked like I had fixed it that morning. I definitely recommend trying this stuff!

Big Sexy Root Pump

I'm one who believes in sticking with the same product line because I feel like they were made to work together. That being said, I love this stuff too. Try. It.

Big Sexy Dry Shampoo

I actually used this baby this morning and I love it!!! I've never used a dry shampoo before and was a little nervous it was going to make my hair look greasy. Not only did it not make my hair all gross, it really did make it look like I took a shower and dried my hair. No lie.
