It's hard to believe that this little blog has been alive for one year.

So much has changed in a year; all for the best.

I started this blog as an outlet during my long distance relationship and I never imagined the amazing things I would get out of blogging.

I've made so many amazing friendships that I am SO grateful for. 

You know who you are ;)

I've learned that crafting and diy projects aren't something we just did in elementary school and that you can actually make really cute things that don't look cheap.

I've gotten so many makeup & exercise tips that I will probably never even use! 

And I've gotten to meet a lot of amazing girls that I've realized aren't so different from me.

We all struggle, go through tough times, but the amazing thing about blog friends is that they are there to pick you up when you fall. I can't tell you how much easier it's been to get through hard times knowing that there are girls out there that actually care.

So thank you.

And to celebrate, I figured I would give a little something back.

My good friend Carol started a business called Scentalating Blendz where she makes lotions, bath salts, bath bombs, shower gels, bubble bath, and glycerin soaps. Today she is offering one lucky reader a custom made body scrub which she calls Pink Diva Shea Buttah Sugah Body Scrub. Phew! :) She's working on opening up an etsy store so I'll let y'all know when she does.
