Bikini Bootcamp Week 2

hey hey chicas!
how was your weekend?

mine was good...went by way too fast, but then again they always do.
before I get into my workout post, head on over to Katie's page and check out my guest post while miss thang is soakin' up the sun in the bahamas. J-E-A-L-O-U-S!


Weekend workouts-
 Olivia and I ran sprints early Saturday morning and then did a Jillian Michael's ab video yesterday.
The results - I still can't move
so.much.pain.
This week I've decided to mix it up a bit and do my cardio and weights 3 days/week and then mixing it up with HIIT (high intensity interval training) 3 days/week.
I did tabata last Thursday night and I have to admit, I was breaking a sweat.

here's so motivation for the week :)

Portion control is my problem! I have no control :( I am not a big sweets eater, just eat too much of my meals! Ugh. Thanks for the inspiration!

This sounds like such a great plan! I'm obsessed with veggies right now! I'm so jealous you can do so many workouts! I have a knee injury and can only swim [my least favorite] and do Pilates! Best of luck accomplishing your goals! XO

Yaaay!! I just bought a JM video {Ripped in 30} over the weekend. I'll be doing that for the next 4 weeks along with a power yoga vid I have & possibly mixing in my usual HIIT routines.

Also, I just bought a couple of workout vids on Amazon.com that are supposed to burn like 700 cals per workout...I'll probably be posting on those & the JM workout after I try them!!

I'm going to have to try the CG Crest lipgloss, thanks for the suggestion!! Now go put some color on those nails, haha! ; )
