Inspiration Friday



we did it!!



we beat the shockerssss

but not before almost giving me a heart attack.
We play Indiana tomorrow so I've gotta rush to the bookstore and get me another shirt since I still can't seem to figure out what happened to mine.

I was better with not eating out this week and ended up bringing my lunch to work everyday.
It's much healthier and cheaper so I'm gonna try to keep this up.

I did manage to go to the gym this week but only twice.
I've had a lot going on this week so I didn't get to go as much as I'd like.
Next week I plan on going at least 4 days.

I need this for work.

I was very productive this week, managing to get some important things done that I've been putting off. Better late than never!

I take my lunch to work EVERY day and I love it! I just make sure to stock up on fun healthy stuff, so that I don't get bored. I always have more energy at work when I eat healthy, so it's win/win. Have a great weekend pretty girl!

YAY!!!! So happy VCU won :)

Generally speaking I take my lunch to work 4 out of the 5 days and treat myself to going out to eat just once a week...works for me :)

i've been in a 4-mile-run slump so i broke out and did 5.25 saturday. not where i'd love to be, but definitely a small goal. i SO want the treadmill work station! talk about killing two birds with one stone. yay for bringing lunches! you are so right - healthier and much cheaper!
